The Firm was established in 1994 by partners Joanna Połetek-Żygas and Krzysztof Łączkowski. Previously they served as judges at the Regional Court in Bydgoszcz, handling civil and business cases for many years. Currently, the Firm employs more than a dozen lawyers, legal advisers, and legal trainees. We provide comprehensive services for businesses and private individuals. Our clients include companies, banks, cultural institutions, media entities, local government institutions, and companies with foreign capital. We often collaborate with prominent scholars of legal doctrine.
Partner. Połetek-Żygas graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. After completing professional training she began work as a judge at the District Court in Bydgoszcz and later at the Regional Court in Bydgoszcz handling civil and business cases. In 1994, she established the Firm in partnership with Krzysztof Łączkowski, specializing in civil law. She has completed postgraduate studies in the field of European Union Tax Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and is a member of the Bioethical Commission at the Collegium Medicum of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń.

Partner. Łączkowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. After completing professional training he began work at the District Court in Inowrocław. Later he worked in the District Court in Bydgoszcz and was subsequently promoted to the Regional Court in Bydgoszcz, where he handled civil and business cases. In 1994, he established the Firm in partnership with Joanna Połetek-Żygas. He is a member of directorial boards for private and publicly-traded companies and has served as an arbiter in the Court of Conciliation at The Polish Bank Association.
